Terms of Use
By using the Driftline website and services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Service description
Driftline is an AI coaching service that reads data from sources such as Garmin, Strava, WHOOP, and Oura and proactively updates your training plan. Communication may occur via WhatsApp or similar channels.
2. Not medical advice
Driftline does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Training suggestions are for general fitness. If you have a health condition, injury, or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional.
3. Waitlist and early access
Waitlist registration is not a binding purchase. Early access may be capacity-limited; order is not guaranteed. Misleading information may lead to account closure.
4. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Report suspected unauthorized access to hello@driftlinescience.com.
5. Integrations
When you connect third-party platforms, their terms also apply. Driftline aims to keep connections read-only and is not responsible for platform outages.
6. Pricing
Current prices are published on the site. After a free trial, subscription does not auto-renew unless stated otherwise — you will be informed when payment infrastructure goes live.
7. Unacceptable use
- Using the service for illegal purposes
- Attempting unauthorized access
- Automated scraping or overloading the service
- Using others' data without permission
8. Intellectual property
The Driftline brand, interface, copy, and software belong to us. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages from training outcomes, injury, or performance loss. Mandatory consumer rights remain.
10. Termination
You may close your account anytime. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or deleted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction; mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.
